Neal Muller

Neal Muller has extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS&S) management, currently serving as the Manager of Global EHS&S Digital Systems and Data at Stepan Company since May 2013. In this role, Neal leads the development and enhancement of corporate EHS&S digital management systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards, overseeing data management to meet reporting requirements, and creating visual performance management tools. Previously, Neal held positions as Corporate Process Safety Engineer and Process Safety Leader, implementing safety programs for a large chemical manufacturing plant and managing various safety audits and investigations. Neal began his career as a Research Assistant and Chemistry Teaching Assistant at Moore Group, and has educational credentials including a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
