Norman Ray

Norman Ray has extensive experience in the chemical and plastics industries, currently serving as Team Lead at Stepan Company since July 2022. Prior to this role, Norman held positions at Baker Hughes and Streamline Polymers as Shift Supervisor. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead Operator at Streamline Polymers and Production Specialist at Oxiteno. Norman's career began at AkzoNobel as an Operator, focusing on a continuous sulfination unit, after starting as Crew Chief at PolyOne, where operations involved a continuous mixer and extruder in plastics compounding. Norman holds a High School Diploma from Robert E. Lee High School, obtained in 1997.
