Randy Valerio

Randy Valerio is an experienced production team leader currently managing a team of 14 employees at Stepan Company since March 2022. Previously, Randy served as a production supervisor at Perrigo Company plc, overseeing various production lines to achieve efficiency targets and daily production goals. Randy also held roles as an industrial engineer at Mana Products, focusing on continuous improvement and team leadership, and as a production supervisor at Airpot Corporation, where time and motion studies were conducted to enhance production processes. Early experience included a CAD drafter position at AIA Sheet Metal and an industrial engineering production intern role at Hanesbrands Inc. Randy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica del Cibao, along with certifications in Industrial Maintenance & Mechatronics and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD.
