Richard Stepan

Richard Stepan has extensive experience in leadership roles within the chemicals and publishing industries. Since September 2009, Richard has served in multiple capacities at Stepan Company, including Vice President and General Manager of Polymers, Vice President of Consumer Products, and Global HI&I Business Manager. Richard's prior experience includes serving as a Director of Targeted Media Operations and General Manager at Tribune Publishing Company from January 2003 to August 2009, along with other managerial positions. Additionally, Richard was a Board Member of the Household & Commercial Products Association from January 2019 to December 2020. Academically, Richard holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
