Roger Stubbs

Roger Stubbs is an internationally experienced Vice President at Stepan Company, where they have been responsible for running the European Polymers business since 1997. With a strong background in the Polyurethane Industry and Specialty Chemicals, they have successfully turned around loss-making businesses into profitable market leaders. Prior to Stepan Company, Roger served as a Business Manager at Brenntag UK Ltd and as a Technical Sales Representative at Union Carbide. Roger holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic Of the South Bank in London, along with an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School.
