Ryan Murphy is a seasoned chemist with extensive experience in analytical chemistry and research and development. Currently serving as a Senior Analytical Functional Chemist at Stepan Company since July 2016, Ryan previously worked at UOP from March 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities included leading cross-site knowledge-sharing projects, coordinating communication between teams, and overseeing the implementation of new instrumentation and methodologies. Ryan began an academic journey as a graduate student at Northwestern University from September 2005 to January 2010, where innovative work on drug-delivery systems for anti-cancer treatments was conducted. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Allegheny College.
