Scott Compston

Scott Compston is a professional with extensive experience in environmental services, holding the position of Corporate Environmental Engineer at Stepan Company since July 2022. Previously, Scott served as Due Diligence and Remediation Manager at Amazon and as Senior Remediation Project Manager at ComEd. Notably, Scott spent almost a decade at Geosyntec Consultants as a Senior Scientist, focusing on site investigation and remediation, particularly in sediment. Earlier roles included positions as a Geologist at Malcolm Pirnie and Jones Environmental, Inc., as well as a Technician at USDA-ARS, where expertise in environmental monitoring was developed. Scott holds both an M.S. and a B.S. in Environmental Soil and Water Science from the University of Arkansas.
