Stephen Gee

Stephen Gee has over two decades of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, currently serving as the PA/Polyol Excellence Manager at Stepan Company since September 2000, where responsibilities include managing the Capital Budget, Process Safety compliance, and Reliability programs for a large sulfonation and blending facility. Previous roles at Stepan Company encompassed positions such as Production Director, Process Optimization Manager, and Engineering Specialist, focusing on equipment utilization and compliance with industry regulations. Prior to Stepan Company, Stephen worked as a Process Engineer at Ashland, Inc., completing a Manufacturing Engineer Training Program while overseeing safety and environmental compliance. Education includes an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
