Steve Scheifers

Steve Scheifers is an experienced R&D leader and a Six Sigma Green Belt known for their strategic thinking and business acumen. They have held various positions, starting as an Associate Research Chemist at Kelloggs, before advancing to Senior Research Chemist at Stepan Company, where they manage new product process control strategies. Their tenure at Motorola included roles such as Principal Staff Chemist, where they explored nanotechnology opportunities and developed standard operating procedures. Steve is currently pursuing both a Ph.D. and a Master's in Chemistry at Purdue University and Xavier University, respectively, building on their extensive background in process evaluation, analytical method development, and material characterization.
