Carl Madi is the current CEO at Stepful. Carl has held various positions at notable companies such as Stanford University, Amino Apps, Uber, and A.T. Kearney.
Madi began their career as a research analyst at Stanford University's Program on Energy and Sustainable Development in June 2008. Carl then transitioned to Stepful, where they worked for a year before moving to Amino Apps in May 2017. At Amino Apps, Madi served as the General Manager for New and Emerging Markets, leading marketing, operations, and business development in Europe and the Middle East.
In March 2013, Madi took on the role of Global Strategy and Planning Manager at Uber. Carl worked at Uber for two years before leaving to join A.T. Kearney as a consultant in February 2010. Madi spent three years at A.T. Kearney, during which time they consulted on various projects for clients in different industries.
In September 2008, Madi left Stanford University to become CEO at Stepful, where they remain today. Under their leadership, Stepful has become one of the leading companies in the tech industry, with a strong focus on sustainable energy solutions.
Carl Madi attended Y Combinator for their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), with a focus in marketing and operations. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science at the American University of Beirut in mechanical engineering.
