Paula Attfield

Paula Attfield is the Chief Executive Officer at Stephen Thomas Ltd (ST), a full-service marketing and fundraising agency dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations in enhancing their fundraising efforts. With over two decades of experience at ST, Paula has held various leadership roles before ascending to the CEO position in 2021. A long-time member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Paula has contributed as a chair and board member, notably leading the Greater Toronto Chapter's Fundraising Congress. They are also an active council member with the Rogare - Critical Fundraising Think Tank and engage with The Non-Profit Alliance, alongside serving on the Advisory Committee for the Humber College Fundraising Management program. Paula's education includes courses on antiracism and Indigenous studies from The University of British Columbia and the University of Alberta, respectively.
