Simon Harding

Simon is a partner in the Commercial Property team in Exeter. Qualifying in September 1999 he has over 20 years of experience acting for some of the region’s top commercial and residential developers. He has worked with landlords and tenants as well as banks and offers clients advice on a wider scale than just the immediate issue at hand.

Simon advises on conditional agreements (options, promotion agreements, joint ventures), substantial lettings, and advising banks on development sites as well as commercial investments.
