Tracy Bailey

Tracy is a senior associate based in the Exeter office who has over 20 years’ experience specialising in Property Litigation.

She joined the growing Property Litigation team at Stephens Scown in 2019 from Foot Anstey, where she is well-placed to deal with a wide range of complex contentious property issues.

Tracy advises and acts on the widest range of contentious property matters, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant; disputes relating to freehold issues such as easements and covenants; land registration and adverse possession; possession actions and professional negligence involving real property.

She has a particular interest and expertise in issues relating to residential long leasehold property, including right of first refusal and enfranchisement, disrepair claims, service charge disputes and tenancy variation.

She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
