Brian D. Branson is a seasoned investment banking professional currently serving as Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Group at Stephens Inc. since April 2015, following a previous tenure at the same firm from 2001 to 2003 as a Corporate Finance Analyst. Prior experience includes establishing the Atlanta investment banking office for Sterne Agee & Leach, Inc. as Managing Director from July 2010 to April 2015, and working at Sandler O'Neill as Associate Director from January 2004 to July 2010, where contributions were made to the Atlanta Investment Banking Group’s advisory services for Southeastern financial institutions.
