Don Chaney

Don Chaney has extensive experience in compliance and law, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Stephens Inc. since January 2001, following a role as Compliance Counsel. Prior to this, Don worked as a news reporter at Arkansas Business Publishing Group from 2000 to 2001 and at Arkansas Democrat-Gazette from 1991 to 2000. Educationally, Don holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's William H. Bowen School of Law, earned between 1999 and 2003, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
