Doug Stephens

Doug Stephens is the Chairman of Stephens Inter. Recruiting, Inc. since September 1998, bringing extensive experience in the healthcare and biomedical fields. Prior to this role, Doug served as the System Director of Biomedical Services at Methodist Health System, overseeing 11 activities. Doug's career includes significant positions such as Eastern Zone Director at INNOSERV Technologies, where management oversight was provided for 14 Radiology Asset Management accounts, and Regional Director for the Western Division at ServiceMaster, leading operations across 13 states. Additionally, Doug held the position of Corporate Director for Capital Equipment at Incarnate Word Health System, assisting with clinical equipment purchasing and maintenance for 14 facilities. Doug's early career spanned two decades in the U.S. Army Medical Department, culminating in the role of Director. An alumnus of Regis University, Doug holds a BS degree in Technical Management.
