Heba Brown has over a decade of experience in finance and claims coordination, currently serving as an Assistant Vice President at Stephens since July 2012, where responsibilities have included roles such as Senior Claims Coordinator and Claims Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at The Bank of Fayetteville, handling account management and customer relations, as well as a Credit Review Operations position focused on loan documentation and processing. Additionally, Heba worked as a Fleet Carrier Recruiter and Transportation Representative at JB Hunt Transport Services, where skills in customer relationship building and logistics were developed. Heba holds a Master of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport, an Associate’s degree in claims from The Institutes Risk and Insurance Knowledge Group, and a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from the University of Arkansas.
