Maribel Rogers serves as the AVP, Director of Benefits Technology at Stephens since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in client success and benefits implementation from a tenure at Stephens Insurance, LLC. from July 2015 to present, where previous roles included Client Success Director and Benefits Implementation Manager. Maribel’s career began at JRMC, where from June 2004 to November 2014, responsibilities included Assistant Administrator for HR, IT, ES, and Risk Management, focusing on budget preparation, software system implementation, and customer service enhancement. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University of the Ozarks.
