Mary Kissel is a seasoned global executive and corporate board director with over two decades of experience at the intersection of geopolitics, markets, and strategy. Currently, they serve as Vice Chairman of the Board at RXO, Director at QXO, and Executive Vice President and Senior Policy Advisor at Stephens, where they advise leaders on navigating complex global dynamics.
