Patrick McAlpine

Patrick McAlpine is a seasoned legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Patrick serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services at Stephens, and previously held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Stephens Insurance, LLC. Patrick's prior experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel at Staffmark, Staff Attorney at Stephens Inc., and Associate positions at Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, and Williams & Anderson PLC. Patrick holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Resources Management and Policy, as well as Risk Management and Insurance from Texas A&M University School of Law, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.
