Shelly Waters

Shelly Waters is an accomplished investment banking professional with extensive experience in business services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Stephens since September 2020, Shelly has previously held the position of Senior Vice President at the same firm. Prior to this, Shelly spent a decade at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, rising to the role of Director in Technology & Services Investment Banking. Shelly's career began at KPMG as a Tax Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) along with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
