Abigail Williams

Abigail Williams is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in teaching, assessment design, and leadership in the educational sector. Currently serving as the Lead Drafter for the NPQ Review at the Department for Education and as Content Lead at Steplab, Abigail has previously held roles including Learning Design and Assessment Manager at the Chartered College of Teaching, NPQ designer, facilitator, and assessor in a freelance capacity, and Lead Practitioner for Teaching and Learning at Ark All Saints Academy. With extensive teaching experience at institutions such as King Solomon Academy and Holgate Academy, Abigail also boasts a strong educational foundation, having earned degrees from the University of Oxford, University of Nottingham, and University of Warwick, along with a certificate from The London School of Economics and Political Science in Public Policy Analysis.
