Matthew Addison is the CEO and founder of StepLadder, a company that helps people get ahead in their careers. Before that, they worked as a portfolio manager at James Caird Asset Management (formerly Moore Credit Fund), where they co-managed the Event Driven equity strategy. Prior to that, Matthew was a partner at Cheyne Capital, where they managed the Special Situations Fund. Before that, they worked as an investment analyst at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Matthew started their career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Matthew Addison has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University.
