Mel Oliveros

Head of Customer Experience and Support at Stepmojo

Mel Oliveros has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career as an intern at the Central Bank of the Philippines in 2009. Later in the same year, they interned at UNDP. In 2010, Mel joined Achievement First as a Data Analyst and then progressed to the role of Senior Data Analyst from 2012 to 2015. They were subsequently promoted to Associate Director, Data Strategy and later became a Director from 2018 to 2019. Mel's last role at Achievement First was Senior Director of IT, Systems and Data Support from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, they joined Dynamic Yield as the PMO and Customer Solutions Operations Lead until November 2021. Currently, Mel works as the Head of Customer Experience and Support at Coursemojo.

Mel Oliveros completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Development Economics and International Development from Fordham University, where they studied from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University, where they were enrolled from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Mel obtained a certification as a Dynamic Yield Personalization Expert from Dynamic Yield in October 2021.
