Chris Williams is an accomplished Managing Quantity Surveyor at Stepnell since May 2025, with a rich background in commercial management and quantity surveying. Prior to this role, Chris accumulated extensive experience at Wates Group from June 2013 to May 2025, serving as Commercial Manager and in various quantity surveying positions. Earlier experience at Balfour Beatty Construction from September 2006 to June 2013 included roles as Quantity Surveyor and a Trainee Assistant QS, contributing to significant projects like the £18m Arthur Terry School. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
