David Crombie serves as the Group Chief Accountant at Stepnell since January 2016, bringing extensive experience in financial management. Previously, David held the position of Divisional Finance Director at Kier Group from April 2001 to July 2015, where responsibilities included operational and strategic financial oversight. David began at Kier Construction Eastern as a Financial Controller and advanced to Finance Director in 2008. Prior roles include Financial Controller at R.G. Carter Building and Financial Accountant at Telewest plc, alongside early experience as a Trainee Accountant at Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Academically, David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Hull, completed after attending Royal Grammar School Newcastle Upon Tyne.
