Kevin Rix

Kevin Rix is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Since March 2016, Kevin has served as Design Manager at Stepnell. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Design Manager at Wates from January 2011 to March 2016 and worked as a Design Coordinator at Durkan Holdings from March 2008 to December 2010. Kevin also contributed as Technical Director at STAMFORD HOMES LIMITED between 2006 and 2008 and gained valuable experience as a Design Engineer at Bloor Homes from July 1999 to February 2006. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as an Engineering Technician for Erewash Borough Council from November 1983 to December 2005. Kevin holds a degree in civil engineering from Trent Polytechnic, where studies were completed from 1981 to 1983, following earlier education at Matthew Humberston from 1974 to 1981.
