Matthew James

Matthew James is a Pre-construction Manager at Stepnell, a position held since 2015. Prior to this role, they served as the Managing Surveyor and held positions as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Willmott Dixon and Leadbitter Group, as well as a Project QS at Fitzpatrick. Matthew's expertise includes commercial reporting, contract monitoring, and procurement, having recently led a £24m retirement village project in Eastleigh, Southampton.
