Erin E. Smith

Erin E. Smith currently serves as the Director of Outreach and Community Relations at StepOne Service™, a medical treatment model integrated within acute care hospitals, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held several positions, including Director of Marketing and Business Development at Gold Bridge Treatment Center from April 2023 to September 2023, and spent time as a Clinical Outreach Coordinator and Counselor at DeNovo Recovery from November 2021 to April 2023. Erin's experience also includes roles as Facility Manager at Gold Bridge Treatment Center from January 2020 to January 2021, Residential Supervisor at Comprehensive Mental Health Services, Inc. from January 2019 to January 2020, and Chemical Dependency Technician at DCCCA from January 2018 to January 2019. Erin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, with previous education at Shawnee Mission Northwest High School and the Kansas City Art Institute.
