Tarnjit Saini has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Sandwich Artist at Subway. In 2017, they were a Fundraiser for both UNICEF Finland and Promotion Point, and a Student Volunteer at Slush. They then became a Sales Associate at HUGO BOSS and MANGO in 2017 and 2018, respectively. In 2019, they briefly served as a Security Group Lead at Slush before co-founding StepOut, a fitness and wellness startup, where they currently hold the position of CEO & Co-Founder. In 2020, they became the Owner of FinnishLine. Their most recent role is as a Sigma Squared Fellow at Sigma Squared Society, starting in 2021.
Tarnjit Saini is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Business Law at the University of Helsinki since 2021. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, Tarnjit completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in European Business Administration at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. During the same period, Tarnjit also pursued another Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. In the earlier years, from 2013 to 2016, Tarnjit attended Ressun Lukio IB World School, where they obtained their International Baccalaureate degree in International/Global Studies. Tarnjit also holds additional certifications, including a "Growth Hacking Crash Course for Corporate Leaders & Managers" from Columbia Road obtained in October 2020 and "Bloomberg Market Concepts" from Bloomberg LP obtained in October 2018. Additionally, Tarnjit has participated in the Kiuas Start 2020 program at Kiuas, although the start and end dates for this experience are not specified.
