Tanzil Rahman has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years in the field of consulting and business development. Tanzil began their career as a PeopleSoft Consultant at PeopleSoft-Hexaware India Solution Centre in 2003. Tanzil then moved on to Oracle Consulting, where they worked as a Functional Consultant from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they joined Oracle India as a Senior Solutions Consultant from 2009 to 2010. Tanzil then worked at Kronos India as an Industry Solutions Consultant, specializing in Sales Consulting and Business Development from 2010 to 2011. After that, Tanzil Rahman became the Solution Consulting Head, India at SAP SuccessFactors from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they serve as the Director at Stepping Cloud Consulting Private Limited, a position they have held since 2014.
Tanzil Rahman pursued a B.Tech degree in Electronics from Aligarh Muslim University from 1998 to 2002. Later, from 2006 to 2009, Tanzil attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they completed an MBA with a specialization in Executive General Management, specifically in the Post Graduate Program in Software Enterprise Management.
