Shela Thomas

Shela Thomas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the staffing and technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales at STEPS Talent since April 2023, Shela is instrumental in utilizing AI technology to enhance staffing solutions in IT, Cloud Transformation, ERP, and Digital Products. Previously, Shela held the position of Sales Executive at ThirdPartyTrust, where the focus was on managing vendor risk through a SaaS platform. Shela's career also includes a successful tenure as Lead Account Manager at Collabera, a leading IT and professional staffing firm, as well as an internship at Torrey & Gray that focused on marketing and search engine optimization. Shela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Columbia College Chicago, earned between 2011 and 2014.
