Drew Iadanza

Drew Iadanza is currently a Principal and Managing Director at StepStone Group, specializing in real estate private equity. They previously served as a Board Member at Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. from 2020 to 2021 and held the role of Vice President - Investments at Pebb Capital from 2015 to 2018. Prior to their current position, Drew worked as an Analyst at The Baupost Group from 2014 to 2015 and as a Senior Consultant at PwC from 2011 to 2014. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Stonehill College and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Development from Georgetown University. They also participated in a study abroad program at John Cabot University in 2009.
