Grayson Vintz

Grayson Vintz is an incoming VC & Growth Equity Analyst at StepStone Group, starting in June 2024, and previously served as a Venture Capital Summer Analyst. Vintz is actively involved in leadership roles at Smith Dean's Student Advisory Council as Co-Chairman and Board Member, and holds several positions at Smith Investment Fund, including Portfolio Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Research Associate, and Academy Associate. Additional involvement includes membership in Phi Chi Theta and serving as an Undergraduate Program Assistant at the University of Maryland, where Vintz received the Doron Tamari Excellence in Service Award. Vintz has also gained experience as an Information Technology Equity Analyst at Lemma Senbet Fund and completed internships in corporate development and finance at Real Time Medical Systems and Tenable. Vintz is pursuing dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, with an expected graduation in May 2025.
