Harry Smith

Harry Smith is currently the Chief of Staff to the CHRO at StepStone Group. A graduate student at Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, they are pursuing an MBA with concentrations in Human & Organizational Performance and Strategy. Harry has three years of experience in banking and financial services, including roles as an HR Project Senior Analyst at Citi and a Portfolio Manager at F.N.B. Corporation. They have also completed rotations in Ford Credit's Leadership Development Program, where they developed problem-solving skills while negotiating deals and managing high-risk accounts.
