James O'Leary is currently the Head of Infrastructure & Real Assets at StepStone Group, a position held since 2016. Previously, O'Leary served as the Head of KPMG Direct Investments from 2010 to 2016 and was the Head of Property & Alternative Investments at Colonial First State Global Asset Management from 2005 to 2009. O'Leary was also the Managing Director at Gresham Partners from 2000 to 2005. O'Leary earned a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from ANU, attending from 1992 to 1997.
