Job Ma is currently the Vice President at StepStone Group, specializing in private debt including primaries, secondaries, and co-investments. Previously, Job held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs from 2017 to 2023, focusing on private markets investing and lending within global markets. Prior to that, Job worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and served as an Investment Analyst at a private fund from 2013 to 2016, concentrating on esoteric trading. Job is pursuing a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Music at Duke University.
