Nicholas Gardner

Nicholas Gardner is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Managing Director at StepStone Group since 2024. Previously, Nicholas held various leadership roles at AllianceBernstein, including Manager and Vice President within the UK Client Group, and Co-Head of EMEA & APAC Insurance Business Development. Earlier in their career, Nicholas gained experience as a Partner at Instructus Markets and as a Western European Cash Equity Trader at UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking. Nicholas began their education at Marlborough College, achieving A Levels in Politics, Business, and Geography, and later graduated with an upper second class degree in Business and Finance from Edinburgh University.
