Roger Peterson

Roger Peterson currently serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards and HR Operations at StepStone Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Roger held several positions at Guggenheim Partners from April 2014 to March 2023, including Managing Director, Global Head of Total Rewards, and Co-Head of HR Strategic Operations. Roger also served as Managing Director, Global Head of Compensation, and Director of Compensation during this tenure. Previous experience includes Vice President of Finance at Morgan Stanley from March 2010 to April 2014, Assistant Vice President of Finance at Deutsche Bank from July 2005 to March 2010, and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1999 to June 2005. Roger holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, completed between 2009 and 2012, and a degree from Fordham University, obtained from 1995 to 1999.
