Sofia Bastida

Sofia Bastida is a skilled campus recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across top organizations. Currently employed at StepStone Group since September 2023, Sofia previously worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Early Career Talent Campus Recruiter from May 2022 to April 2023, following a tenure at BlackRock where leadership in campus recruitment for various investment portfolios was demonstrated. Prior to that, Sofia served as an Associate Vice President at TD, overseeing recruitment for interns and analysts, and contributed to the recruitment process at KPMG US, coordinating numerous interviews and managing job postings across the Mid-Atlantic region. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Drexel University.
