Stephen West

Stephen West is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management and consulting. Currently a Managing Director and Principal at StepStone Group since September 2021, Stephen previously held the role of Principal at Greenspring Associates from June 2017 to September 2021. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Technology Investment Banking Associate at JMP Securities LLC and served as an Associate Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Stephen's career began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where Stephen held the position of Captain focusing on Human Intelligence and Counterintelligence. Academic credentials include a degree in General Engineering and Arabic from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University.
