David A. Davis, MBA, is an experienced real estate consultant currently with StepStone Realty, LLC, and has been a key player in the real estate investment sector since December 2019. As the founder and president of JMAD Enterprises, LLC, since November 2011, Davis has focused on private investments in single-family and multi-family real estate and innovative retail experiences. An advisory board member for US/Mexico Consulting, Davis contributes to cross-border expansion strategies. Previous leadership roles include president of JMAD Retail, LLC (dba One Four Furniture) and president of JMAD Staging, LLC (dba Sell Staged), where innovative retail strategies were developed.
