Alessandra Iannuzzi

Alessandra Iannuzzi currently serves as the Head of People Partnering at The Stepstone Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Alessandra held several positions at Indeed.com from November 2016 to May 2023, including Senior HR Business Partner EMEA & Prokuristin DACH, Interim HR Director EMEA, and HR Business Partner DACH. Alessandra’s earlier experience includes roles at METRO AG from May 2011 to October 2016, where responsibilities spanned from Project Manager MCC HR Strategy to HR Specialist. Furthermore, Alessandra worked at Amazon as a Technical Account Management Specialist from May 2010 to April 2011, and completed an internship at METRO AG in 2009. Education was attained at the University of Düsseldorf, where a Bachelor's Degree in English/Italian Literature and Linguistics was earned from 2006 to 2011.
