Alexandre Bellaiche

Alexandre Bellaiche is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in machine learning and AI. Currently serving as the Data Science Team Lead at The Stepstone Group since February 2024, Alexandre oversees a team focused on developing AI agents and enhancing the recruitment experience. Previous roles include Senior Machine Learning Researcher at TikTok, where Alexandre contributed to the monitoring of direct messages for user safety, and AI & Machine Learning Specialist at Excelian | Luxoft Financial Services, where projects involved NLP applications and data privacy measures.
