Anna Wittich

Anna Wittich is currently a PhD candidate at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, focusing on the automation training gap and decision-making psychology. Previously, Anna worked as a research assistant at Universiteit Maastricht, investigating the Impostor Syndrome among PhD students, and gained experience in various roles including recruiting, sales, and business development. Anna holds a Master of Science in Human Decision Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both with honors, and has also completed a semester abroad at the Nova School of Business and Economics. Currently, Anna serves as a Research & Insights Manager at The Stepstone Group.
