Cezary Otowski

Cezary Otowski is a seasoned technology executive with a robust background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at StepStone since November 2021, Cezary has previously held prominent roles such as Head of Technology at Universum and Product Owner at StepStone Services. Cezary co-founded VoodooDance, a company focused on entertainment technology, and served as CTO at Huggity LTD, enhancing brand engagement through interactive solutions. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Gemius and GG Network S.A., where Cezary managed multiple development teams. Cezary holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, obtained in 2005.
