Christiane Winter

Christiane Winter has extensive work experience in HR and people management. Christiane is currently working at The Stepstone Group as the VP People Partnering and People Experience, a role they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they were the Corporate HR Director at The Stepstone Group from June 2021 to October 2023. Before joining The Stepstone Group, Christiane worked at METRO AG, where they held various roles including Head of Compensation & Benefits from May 2017 to March 2018, Compensation & Benefits Expert from October 2013 to April 2017, and Talent Management Expert from January 2010 to September 2013.

Christiane Winter attended the University of Cologne from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Wirtschaftspädagogik. In June 2018, they obtained a certification as a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP(R)) from World at Work Limited.
