Daniel Mingers

Daniel Mingers is an agile leader in data science, specializing in machine learning and generative AI. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Lead at Stepstone Deutschland, they focus on empowering teams to develop LLM/ML-powered products. Previously, Daniel held various positions including Engineering Lead and Data Science Team Lead, where they excelled in integrating engineering and data science teams while optimizing workflows and implementing agile practices. Daniel's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Düsseldorf and a Master's in Cognitive Neuroscience from the Donders Institute.
