Dave Allison

Dave Allison has extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as VP of Technology (Data, Search, Conversational AI) at The Stepstone Group since October 2025. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) (Interim) at ClearBank for a brief period in 2025. At OVO, Dave served in multiple senior roles, including VP Engineering and interim CTO from September 2019 to December 2024. Earlier in the career, Dave spent nearly a decade at Expedia Group, culminating as Senior Director, Technology, and contributed significantly to various technology roles at Orbian and other organizations. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Cybernetics from the University of Reading.
