Henrik Brockmann is an experienced professional with a strong background in program and product management, currently serving as Team Lead for System Transformation and Manager of Global System Transformation at The Stepstone Group since October 2021. Henrik has led large-scale transformation initiatives, including the global rollout of a new B2B product platform and the implementation of an enterprise-scale ERP system for StepStone’s US subsidiary, Appcast Inc. Prior experience includes roles as Product Owner in Business and IT Transformation at Vodafone, where leadership was demonstrated over cross-functional teams, and Business Manager supporting the transformation of Vodafone Germany. Early career experiences involved brand management internships at Henkel and Vodafone Germany, as well as internship roles in creditor management at Benteler AG. Academically, Henrik holds a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Münster, with additional studies at Kozminski University and Rennes School of Business.
